The largest pool in the Middle East with sharks was opened in Israel, at the underwater observatory of the city of Eilat. In addition to marine predators, the new basin contains about 800 species of fauna including mollusks, rays, turtles and many other representatives of the underwater world.
The area of the new basin is more than 1 thousand square meters. m, the volume of investments was about 26 million ILS. Visitors to the underwater observatory can get acquainted with the rich underwater worlds of the Red Sea and observe the sharks passing in a few centimeters.
The complex also contains an interactive center that tells about the lifestyle, habits and behavior of sharks.
