Electronic permission gives you the right to enter Mexico from any country. In order to obtain electronic authorization for citizens of Russia and Ukraine, you must fill out a form, receive a document with a unique code and have it with you at passport control. The visa must be issued not earlier than 30 days before the border crossing. With this permission, you can stay in the country for up to 180 days.
