The cost of a minute of conversation on tariffs for 2011 and 2012 increased by 30 kopecks. Prices for some tariffs in 2013 increased by 15%. The cost of Internet services at tariffs in 2013 increased by 20% with an increase in traffic volume by 2 times.
The reason for the increase in prices was the devaluation of RUB and a significant decrease in the number of Russian tourists abroad. Currently, the average cost of 1 minute of conversation abroad will cost 49 RUB.
