Some passengers of the Russian loukoster in the morning on February 27, 2015 could not fly from Ekaterinburg to Moscow because of an error in the ticket reservation system on the site of the loukoster. As a result of the error, some passengers did not have enough space, as tickets were sold twice.
The plane was supposed to fly from Koltsovo airport at 11:10 local time, however, when boarding 11 passengers of the Victory, they found that their seats were already occupied. The press service of the subsidiary company Aeroflot reported that the shortage of seats is connected with a malfunction, and passengers who do not have enough seats will be able to fly the next flight or return tickets.
Currently, 11 passengers are waiting for a representative of the "Victory" at the airport to discuss the terms of the refund.
