Do I need permission from a second parent for a 13-year-old child, if the parents are divorced, and the child and mother have different surnames?
Responds Zaur Harikov, Units company
If you intend to take your child abroad, then yes, of course you need to, and such consent must be notarized. In addition, you must bring along all the documents that indicate that you are the parent.
