I applied for a work visa to Turkey and received a permit 1, 5 months ago, but it still has not arrived. In the embassy of Ankara two weeks ago they said that it was ready, but in Ukraine it is not yet available! What should I do and where can I go?

The official deadline for issuing visas is 2 months. The fact that the visa is ready does not mean that you are ready to issue it. Wait.
