What are the visa relations between Russia and Turkey?
Responds information department of "Subtlety of Tourism"
Since April 17, 2011 for citizens of Russia there is a visa-free regime, if the stay in the country does not exceed 30 days. For longer trips, a visa to Turkey is issued at the Consulate.
On July 2, the Turkish authorities made a unilateral decision to extend for Russian citizens the terms of a continuous visa-free stay in the republic from 30 to 60 days. Such an order of entry to Turkey will continue until December 31, 2011. Thus, all owners of Russian general foreign passports can stay in the country for up to 60 days. Please do not forget that the stay of 90 days in half a year remains.
