I had a study visa to the UK for 6 months. When entering the country on the border, the passport was marked with the entry visa. When flying home (there was a transit through Frankfurt) no marks were placed on the passport. Only in Moscow, the border guards arrived. Is this an outstanding visa? Will there be problems when applying for a visa again?

In the UK they extinguish visa once, when entering the country. So do not worry, everything is fine.
