Is it possible to enter Aruba if there is a Schengen visa?

Responds information department of "Subtlety of Tourism"
Unfortunately no. To visit the Caribbean islands (former Netherlands Antilles) and the island of Aruba, you need to issue a single short Caribbean visa (Caribisch gebied). At the same time, a visa to visit the Caribbean islands, issued by the Netherlands Consulate, entitles you to travel through the Netherlands and Europe in general (that is, the Schengen area). And vice versa: citizens of the Russian Federation and holders of Schengen visas for traveling to the Caribbean islands must issue a separate visa.

To obtain a visa for the Caribbean islands, the following documents are required: a passport with a validity of at least 3 months after the end of the trip and a photocopy of its first page; application form ,filled in English or Dutch plus 2 photos; confirmation of hotel reservation; travel agent voucher or original (plus a copy) of the invitation from a resident of the island of Aruba ,plus a copy of his ID-card (passport ,vnzh); confirmation of ticket reservation or tickets in both directions (tickets with an open date are not accepted); proof of financial solvency (no less than 50 EUR per day per person)
