Registration of a visa through a travel agency
Required documents:
- a foreign passport (valid for at least three months from the date of return from the country);

For students and students will need a certificate from the school, and for private entrepreneurs - a copy of the certificate of registration and a copy of the certificate of tax registration. Visa processing procedure
Submission of documents is carried out in the visa centers of the Netherlands in the territory of the Russian Federation. The personal presence of the applicant is compulsory. The Visa Center of the Netherlands in Moscow accepts applications for visas from Russian citizens from Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 16:00, the issuance of ready-made visas from 11:00 to 16:00 .A preliminary entry is required for the application, which is carried out on the Visa Center website or by calling: (495) 276-25-17 (Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 16:00) .Also there is a possibility to apply for a visa without an appointment in the Visa Center, in the order of a "live" turn .In this case, the documents are accepted only from 12:00 to 13:00, from Monday to Friday .At the same time, the deadline for considering such applications will be at least 10 working days .This rule is valid only for individual applications .
Residents of St. Petersburg, Leningrad, Murmansk, Arkhangelsk, Novgorod, Pskov, Vologda and Kaliningrad regions and the Republic of Karelia should apply to the Consulate General of the Netherlands in St. Petersburg. Consular fee
The consular fee is 35 EUR. The fee is paid in rubles upon submission of documents and in case of refusal is not returned. In addition, there is a fee for processing documents in the visa center in the amount of 1020 RUR.
From payment of consular fee the following categories of citizens are exempted:
- children under 6 years;
