Do I need a foreign passport for a citizen of Belarus to visit Ukraine?

Responds information department of "Subtlety of Tourism"
In Belarus, there are no foreign passports. All civil passports are the so-called Unified Passports, which combine the properties of domestic and foreign. In other words, to go abroad, citizens of Belarus do not need to receive a special "exit" passport - enough that by default all adults have the right.

Earlier, for a trip abroad, a citizen of Belarus needed to obtain a special permit ("exit visa"), but from 01 January 2008 this requirement was canceled. In Ukraine, a single passport of a citizen of the Republic of Belarus is adopted as a document proving his identity and citizenship, no additional documents are required.
