There are no restrictions on the number of entries to the territory of the People's Republic of China on a group and individual visa. However, according to the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 29, 2003, No. 718, Moscow "On approval of the Regulation on the application of uniform rates of customs duties and taxes with respect to goods transported across the customs border of the Russian Federation by individuals for personal use" and subsequent changes, contributed to this document:

4. Without payment of customs duties and taxes, individuals may import goods (with the exception of vehicles) in accompanied and unaccompanied baggage, the total value of which does not exceed 1 500 EUR and whose total weight does not exceed 50 kilograms.

6. When goods (except vehicles) are moved by individuals for personal use, the rates of customs duties and taxes established by the general procedure and conditions of tariff regulation and taxation provided for participants in foreign economic activities are applied. These goods are subject to cumulative customs payment in the event of:

c) if an individual more than once a month crosses the customs border of the Russian Federation, with the exception of crossing the customs border of the Russian Federation while following an individual from the territory of the Kaliningrad region to the rest of the customs territory of the Russian Federation and back, as well as from the rest of the customs territory of the Russian Federation to the territory of the Kaliningrad region and back.

Article 192 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation defines the month as the period between two identical numbers of neighboring months. "If the end of the period, calculated in months, falls on a month in which there is no corresponding number, then the deadline expires on the last day of this month."

Decision of the Interstate Council of the EurAsEC of October 19, 2011 N 95 "On International Agreements of the Customs Union" adopted the Protocol "On Amendments and Additions to the Agreement on the Procedure for the Movement by Individuals of Goods for Personal Use across the Customs Border of the Customs Union and the Commitment of Customs Operations Associated with the their release, dated June 18, 2010 ", providing for an increase in the marginal cost of duty-free imports by AIR TRANSPORT to the Customs Union of Goods:

"Goods for personal use (except for ethyl alcohol and indivisible goods) that are transported by air, whose customs value does not exceed the amount equivalent to 10,000 EUR, and whose total weight does not exceed 50 kilograms are exempt from customs payments."

Thus, at the first crossing of the Russian air border, it is possible to import into the country duty-free up to 50 kg, but next time, if the month has not passed since the last entry (both from far-abroad and near-abroad countries will be considered) All luggage, including hand luggage, will be taxed. The maximum weight of imported baggage can not be divided between several entries in the Russian Federation within one month.
