c) if an individual more than once a month crosses the customs border of the Russian Federation, with the exception of crossing the customs border of the Russian Federation while following an individual from the territory of the Kaliningrad region to the rest of the customs territory of the Russian Federation and back, as well as from the rest of the customs territory of the Russian Federation to the territory of the Kaliningrad region and back.

Article 192 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation defines the month as the period between two identical numbers of neighboring months. "Goods for personal use (except for ethyl alcohol and indivisible goods) that are transported by air, whose customs value does not exceed the amount equivalent to 10,000 EUR, and whose total weight does not exceed 50 kilograms are exempt from customs payments."
