Good afternoon! We travel with my husband on the route Moscow - Vietnam - Beijing - Moscow. In Beijing, we arrive at 11.30 on 01/05/2014, and depart at 13.45 on 04/05/2014, totaling 74 hours and 15 minutes. Question:
1. Is this trip transit?
2. Do I need a visa and what kind of visa? Are 72 hours between airplanes crossing the border back and forth? Because, only registration for departure takes place 2 hours before departure + baggage receipt on arrival, the total is more than two hours.

No, in your case you can not take advantage of a 72-hour visa-free transit, as the arrival / departure time between flights to / from Beijing must be STRONG less than 72 hours. You should issue an individual one-time Chinese visa.
