Can I go to Florida from Cuba (for example, for a couple of days) and if so, does it need a visa? The distance there is not very big, but given the difficulties of entering the US and especially considering the relationship between the US and Cuba - very curious.

Unfortunately this is not possible. First, there are no direct flights between Cuba and the United States. Secondly, to visit the United States, of course you need a visa. Theoretically, a visit to the United States is possible (not just Florida), but necessarily with the presence of a US visa in the passport and not on direct flights, but with transplants (for example in Panama or Mexico).
