I got married and changed my last name. I still have a foreign passport for an old surname valid for 3 more years, and there is a Schengen multivisa that has been open for another six months. Can I continue to travel on this visa and passport and for how long?

You can leave the current foreign passport to yourself until the visa expires and travel freely with it. When crossing the border, the tourist is checked only the passport, it does not put a stamp on marriage, which means that questions about changing the name disappear. The internal passport, with a changed surname, is not needed at anyone on the border.
When the visa ends - apply for a new passport and a new Schengen visa for a new name - it will be enough to show an old passport with a multivisa and a marriage certificate. No problems will arise, and a "positive story" will be kept for you.
