Is the power of attorney from the second parent a compulsory document for the child's departure to Italy? What if I can not provide a certified copy?

Responds Nadezhda Petrenko, Russian Express company
The consent to leave the child is a compulsory document, but if you can not provide a certified copy, you can take the original. If you get a passport, you will receive it back.
