The most popular types of accommodation for tourists in Namibia are lodges and camping sites located in the national parks of the country. In fact, they differ little from each other: loggias are small wooden huts in safari parks, and campsites are campgrounds there.

In camping it is possible to place in own tents, rent individual tents or stay in common, conveniences are usually located separately in the camp territory. When camping is also a common kitchen - it's not necessary that they have electricity and gas.

In the lodges, the amenities can be as in each house (a small bungalow in an African style), and general, on the territory. In addition, small cafe or restaurants, small shops with limited assortment of goods, are often located in the fenced area with lodges. Some bungalows may have a barbecue, while firewood for them can be obtained at an additional cost.
