We fly with my wife in transit (tickets for Emirates have already been bought) from Moscow via Dubai to Seychelles on 21.04.2013, with a break between flights of about 4 hours, and also back 05.05.2013, the break will be already 5 hours.
1. Do we need to receive both a transit visa for such a short time at the airport?
2. We have different surnames, and if you still need a visa, will there be problems with obtaining it from my wife?

If you are in a transit zone and do not intend to go into the city, you do not need visas.
