What documents do I need to give to citizens of Kazakhstan to obtain a visa to the UAE?

To apply for a visa to the United Arab Emirates, citizens of Kazakhstan must provide the following documents:
- Electronic scanned color copy of a foreign passport title page);
- Electronic copy of color photo;
- Electronic copy of air tickets;
- Copy of hotel booking confirmation for accommodation in UAE.
These documents must be sent by e-mail to the immigration service of the UAE.
