Yes, you can. There is no difference in what currency the card is open. In any case, the Master Card payment system will convert the card currency into UAE dirhams.
Guides phones are provided only with the purchase of the tour. Different sending companies (tour operators) have different host companies. And, accordingly, different host companies have different guides.

We do not have telephone guides. Excursion services are organized through host companies.
