My friend is an Egyptian. He flew to Russia to visit me on a tourist visa. We want to visit China as tourists. Is it possible? If so, how to apply for a visa from Russia?

A foreign citizen who is on the territory of the Russian Federation on a tourist visa can not issue a Chinese individual visa at one of the Embassies of the People's Republic of China in Russia.
