If I have tickets to Thailand back and forth with a difference of 3 months, will they give me a visa in Thailand upon arrival (for 30 days) and I just have to renew it there (visa-wounds)? Or is it worth immediately making a visa for 3 months in Russia?

The best option is to get a visa in advance at the Thai Embassy or the Consulate General of Thailand. In this case, you do not need to resort to Visa-Run, and after 60 days it will be enough to extend the visa on the spot in the office of the immigration service for the remaining 30 days.
